Life In The Fast Lane
imPRESS Press On Manicure

Are you one of those girls who can’t live without a set of brightly colored, long nails?  I’m not either.  I was never one to have or desire long nails. I bite mine and I always thought that nails hinder my ability to perform everyday tasks.  However, I enjoy a nice set of press on nails every once in awhile to wear on a special occasion or just to make me feel pretty.  The problem is that most press on nails last about an hour before they fall off and make you look stupid wearing only two or three painted nails on one hand.  Well, I have the solution to your nail problem!

I recently received the Mom Vox Box from Influenster!  It’s filled with free products that I get to test out and then give them feedback.  This time the box included a set of imPress nails.  I got a purple set!

I was intrigued because of the ‘Lasts up to a week’ claim.  I also wanted to see how easy they were to put on and how well they stayed on.  I followed the instructions, prepped my nails, and laid out the full set before applying.  FYI, they are numbered on the back of each nail so you can see which one will fit better.  Also, they include two sizes to make sure they look more natural!

I am happy to report that they were really easy to apply and they looked great!  There was no glue and you just pulled the tab off and stuck them on!  I was going to a birthday party that day and was hoping I could make it through the day without one popping off at an inappropriate time.

They didn’t stay on for one day.  THEY STAYED ON FOR FOUR DAYS!  I am really though on nails so too.  I was so impressed (no pun intended) and I actually got compliments on how great my nails looked!  It wasn’t hard to perform my daily tasks because they are a nice length and removing them was also a snap.  They are available in 36 colors and patterns.  Another nice thing about them is that they are available pretty much everywhere (Walmart, Kmart, most drug stores) and they only cost from $5.99 to $7.99.  So try them out (www.impressmanicure.com) and see how they work for you.  I definitely will and I think I want to try a pattern next (I’ve tried the zebra one from another Vox Box and loved it).  Enjoy!
