I’ll admit it. I never been one to wear a lot of makeup or feel comfortable doing so. I was lucky enough in high school to only have the occasional breakout and could get away with only wearing translucent powder to even things out. Now, being older and going through my second pregnancy, I have found out that I am one of the lucky ones that get to experience pregnancy acne and sub-par skin as they age.
Hence why I was so happy to try the new Garnier Oil-Free BB Cream. BB Cream stand for Beauty Balm Cream, which I didn’t know before trying it. I also wasn’t really too sure about what a BB Cream does. Here’s a before and after photo:

I definitely notice a difference. I’ve always followed a skin-care regimen and Garnier BB Cream allows me to eliminate one whole step in the morning. It contains SPF 20 sunscreen and also moisturizes your skin! I love that it’s oil-free too so I don’t have to worry about it clogging my pores and leading to more break-outs.
As for the makeup end of things, I don’t like looking like a clown or looking like I have a ton of cakey makeup on my face. Everyone knows someone who fits that description. You want your makeup to look natural and shine-free! Well, Garnier BB Cream does just that. It contains Perlite, a mineral that retains twice it’s weight in oil and water, which leads to a shine control and a flawless finish! It comes in three shades: Light/Medium, Medium/Deep, and Deep. It works on combination to oily skin. I use it in place of cover-up and/or foundation.

They even have a great rewards program! You can sign up here: https://www.facebook.com/garnierusa. Then just click the ‘I Love My BB’ tab.
I really enjoy using this product and I will continue to do so. I need all the help I can get right now and if this makes my day a little less stressful, count me in.
How about you? Have you ever tried a BB Cream and if so, what do you think?
I am member of BzzAgent and I received a complimentary product to review. That is the only compensation I got and all opinions are my own.

I was recently invited to try Lysol Touch of Foam Antibacterial Hand Wash since I am a member of BzzAgent. I was really excited to receive it since I can admit to being a hand-washing freak. I wash my hands so much that they get patches of dry skin and bleed sometimes. Such a glamorous life I lead, but I’ll go on…

When this arrived in the mail, I was giddy since it’s purple, the color of my bathroom. Yes, yes, I just might have a touch of OCD as well. Stop judging me. I was also happy to see that it was a very rich foam. Not only is it antibacterial, killing 99.9% of germs, it also leaves your hands soft after use since it contains moisturizers. Thus helping my dry skin.
The thing I love about foam soaps is that they last a really long time and are a good value for your money. This one happens to smell delightful too. It comes in three scents: Creamy Vanilla Orchid, Rose & Cherry in Bloom and Wild Berry Bliss. It’s a dripless foam so it won’t get all over the place either.

I’ve always enjoyed Lysol’s products. The Touch of Foam Antibacterial Hand Wash is no exception. Another thing I like about Lysol is their Mission For Health Campaign. Here is what Lysol has to say about the program: “Health matters. To all of us. That’s why Lysol® started the Mission for Health. With new mom programs, healthy habits initiatives in schools and disaster relief efforts, Lysol is dedicated to doing more for everyone’s health. The mission is fueled by passion and backed by our expertise in killing germs. So when you use Lysol® at home, you’ll know you’re a part of something bigger.” You can get the scoop here: http://www.lysol.com/mission-for-health.
So give Lysol Touch of Foam Antibacterial Hand Wash a try and see for yourself. You might get addicted to hand washing, like I am. But in the scheme of things, that isn’t so bad, now is it?
I received free product from BzzAgent and Lysol. I was not compensated in any other way. Opinions and comments are my own.
