I saved THIS much at Walgreens!
Today, I was testing my couponing abilities at our local Walgreens store. I got the idea from The Frugalette’s Blog (www.thefrugalette.com). She went there and got $72 worth of merchandise for $6. My Walgreens didn’t have all of the items that she purchased, nor did I have all the coupons she possessed. So, I modified my shopping trip to include all things that I would use. I had...

Best Served Hot! New Recipes.
This week, I tried recipes from pinterest and my friends that I already had the ingredients on hand. I only spent $50 for groceries for an entire week this way. And the recipes turned out to be the best yet! I went online to see if they could send me a metal foot in the mail. I ended up calling the company and was told that the metal feet aren’t screwed in, but put on by a riveter. Much...

Last week's recipe reviews!
This week I was actually happy with the recipes I followed. They turned out well and were tasty! I have found that the easier the recipe, the more I enjoy the meal. This week, the recipes were easy. Again, if you want a copy of any of these, let me know. I eventually want to make a recipes link that features all of the recipes that I review.
Day #1 I made personal vegetable lasagnas. These...
